MGM has announced thy will release season's one and two of the popular series
Fame, on September 15, 2009. The DVD releases are timed to MGM's reinvention of the original Oscar®-winning hit film
Fame debuting in theaters September 25, 2009.
Based on the beloved motion picture with the same name,
Fame brings drama, music and dance to life; Emmy®-award winning choreographer Debbie Allen stars as Lydia Grant, a faculty member who guides the gifted students through discouragement and disappointment as they struggle for a spot in the cutthroat entertainment industry. Ultimately, they learn that although there are many set backs on the treacherous road to stardom, they must follow their dreams to achieve fame.

The Wizard of Oz: 70th Anniversary Ultimate Collector's Edition, which is due to hit store shelves on September 29th, day-and-date with the DVD release. The two-disc set will be released in limited edition numbered packaging, and also feature a digital copy of the film.

Paramount Home Entertainment and CBS will release
Hotel: The First Season July 21 at an SRP of at $54.99.
The six-DVD set includes the 22 episodes from the 1983-84 debut season. The show, produced by Aaron Spelling, was an adaptation of Arthur Hailey's bestselling 1965 novel about life at the elegant St. Gregory Hotel, though the show was set in San Francisco rather than the book's New Orleans locale. The cast included James Brolin, Connie Sellecca, Shari Belafonte and Anne Baxter, plus a slew of new hotel guests each week.

Walking Tall - to Blu-ray on June 2nd. They will bring two additional catalog releases -
